Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States from our New Jersey warehouse. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is included on US orders of $29.99 or more after discounts (4 packs or one 30-count box at full price). Orders under $29.99 after discounts ship via USPS Ground Advantage at the rate shown at checkout. An Express option is available at checkout for an additional charge.

Processing and transit

Orders ship from stock on hand at our New Jersey warehouse within 1–3 business days. Transit is typically 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You may cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

Hot weather

Hard candy is stable in heat and does not melt like chocolate, but we recommend bringing your package indoors promptly on very hot days.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, email hello@swirlume.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date) with your order number, and we will replace the order or refund it.
